Shipping policy

UK mainland shipping:
For UK mainland orders your shipping costs will be automatically applied at checkout. 

Once your order has been processed, it will be sent via courier and will arrive within 5-7 working days. Please note that the courier will not phone in advance. If you have any questions about delivery, please contact us by studio@oakleymoore.com or +44 (0)207 351 3474.

International shipping (USA & Canada):
Large international deliveries are dependent on the volumetric weight of your order. If you are an international customer, please contact us either by telephone or by e-mail when an order is placed so we can arrange a delivery quote where possible. Please note that all international shipping may lead to additional costs such as import duties.

If your shipping address is not listed, please contact us at studio@oakleymoore.com and we will do our best to arrange your shipment.

International deliveries will arrive within 11-17 working days.
