Refund policy
We hope that you will be delighted with your handcrafted piece. If it is unsuitable, we operate with a 14 day return policy. You may return the item within 14 days of receiving your purchase, provided that is returned in its original condition, with your proof of purchase. If the item is in its original condition, you will be eligible for a full refund.
Refunds are normally processed within 14 days. Should you experience any delay please contact the team for an update.
You may return the goods in person or post your purchase back to our studio. You will be accountable for the cost of returning goods to us and will remain accountable for the returned goods until they arrive at our studio. We recommend taking considerable care when re-packaging our pieces as they are fragile.
Damage to a returned item incurred in transit will mean you are no longer entitled to a refund or an exchange.

We ensure our pieces are packaged excellently. However, if your item is damaged in transit or upon delivery, please email us proof of the damage within 7 days of delivery. Once we have received proof you will be entitled to a full refund or an exchange. In these cases, Oakley Moore Interior Design will cover the carriage fees to and from the customer only.
